Ingredients needed:

  • Two to three rotations of black pepper (which increases bio-availability of turmeric)
  • One and a half teacup of filtered water
  • Lemon Juice (half lemon)
  • Two teaspoons of raw honey

How to prepare it:

Put ginger and turmeric in a filtered water on medium to high heat.  Let it simmer for several minutes, but make sure it does not boil. Then drain the liquid and transfer put it in a mug.  Than put in the lemon juice and, if you want to, add some honey.

Note:  Pay attention when you are grating turmeric because it might leave stains on your clothes or counter top.
