For the treatment of the fungi you can use natural products like baking soda and vinegar.

Baking soda – Using baking soda will not kill the fungi but it will stop the growing of the fungi and the bacteria.

Vinegar – Since it`s an acid the vinegar will diminish the survival rate of the fungi and it won`t damage the skin and the nail itself. It will only attack the bacteria.

This is what you need for this treatment:


4-5 tablespoons of baking soda

1 cup apple cider vinegar or white vinegar

Paper towels


Make a mixture of water and 1 cup of vinegar. Put enough water to soak your feet. Before the treatment you should trim the nails with clean clippers as much as possible. Put the feet in the mixture and soak them for 15 minutes. After that dry the feet with the paper towels. Next add the baking soda in the water and soak the feet second time for another 15 minutes. Dry them again with the paper towels.

The vinegar will kill the fungi and the baking soda will stop the appearance of new fungi.

Do this treatment 2 times a day.
