Broccoli soup – you need 2 and half cups broccoli, 3 stalks celery, cup kale, onion, 2 cups bone broth, lemon juice, pinch salt, 2 spoons collagen, 2 spoons coconut oil. Warm the coconut, add onion, celery, broccoli to cook 5 min. add broth next and simmer with low heat for 5 min and blend.
Ginger and carrot – you need 2 onions, 2 carrots, 3 spoons grated ginger, 3 cloves garlic, cup coconut milk, 2 spoons coconut, 2 spoons protein. Cook the ginger, carrots, broth, garlic in pan, simmer with low heat, sautee the onions and add ghee or coconut, mix the two batches and add salt with coconut milk.
Red lentil – you need ¼ cup lentils, onion, apple, 2 potatoes, 2 carrots, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp paprika, ¼ cup coconut oil or ghee, 1 inch ginger, 4 and half cups bone broth. Salt, pepper and coconut cream. Warm the oil and use medium heat, add apples, carrots, potatoes and onion. Cook until soft and add broth, lentils, cumin and paprika. Cook 30 min and blend in the end. again simmer to dry it off and serve with coconut cream.
