- Carrot, 1/2 kg
- Honey, 3 to 4 spoons
- Chop the carrots in dices and put them in a bowl. Add some water making sure the carrots are fully underwater. Then put it on the heat and boil it till the carrots are soft. Mash the carrots with a spoon. Use some water to mix in the honey first and then add it to the carrots. Store the mixture in a cold temperature. Take 3 to 4 tablespoons of the prepared mixture once a day.
